Guests don't need to create an account or install an app to use Wavemond. The guest page opens in the browser and the experience can be used without the guest identifying themselves.
Insights
The hotel sees aggregated numbers for which services and offers are opened. The purpose is to improve the guest experience – not to track the individual guest.
